Jami Joy Matlick, 21, of West Burlington died at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 20,2010 in Kansas City, Kansas.
Born August 12, 1988 she was the daughter of James A. and Janice Joy Leffler Matlick.
Miss Matlick attended West Burlington Schools and First Christian Church. She was the caretaker of her grandma Helen. She loved walking on "troll trails", music, computer, and shopping. She also loved her family and being an aunt to Ava.
Survivors include her parents, Jim and Jan Matlick of West Burlington; brother, Jason (Heather) Matlick of Stronghurst, Illinois; niece, Ava Powers of Stronghurst; maternal grandmother, Helen Leffler of West Burlington; and her fiancé, Miguel Diaz of Kansas City, Kansas.
Her paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather preceded her in death.
The funeral service for Miss Matlick will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 25th, in Lunning Chapel with the Rev. Dean Benton officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the time of service.
Cremation will be accorded following the funeral service.
