"Barb, Pam, Chuck and families - My sister Mareen called with the news that your Mother had passed away -I am so sorry, I wish there was greater words of ocmfort - just know how her memories will warm all your hearts forever - Your Mother had a wonderful gift of sewing - She could literally make ANYTHING! She was her own person and that is a wonderful trait to pass on to all of you - She brightened all our lives - Garner will not be the same (Lord knows the drug store never was) without her smile "

"My sincere sympathy to you, the Hughes Family. I have wonderful memories of both your mom and dad while I worked at Erickson's Pharmacy....your dad loved to give me a hard time as he sat at the soda bar and your mom had her work cut out by keeping me in line and working! She always had so much energy and kept everyone smiling. May her memories help you during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Rhonda (Reising) Malecek"

"We want to extend our sympathy to all of you. Jim and I have fond memories of your mother. She, your grandmother and I were all charter members of the Wa-tan-ye club, so spent many hours going to meeting and conventions. We also traveled to many Lions Club conventions, supporting your dad and Jim in their years of service. I knew being with Betty, I would also have something to smile about. She was a great help training our daughters, LuAnn, JoAnn and Becky when they worked at the drug store. It was Betty who trained them how to count money, before all of the new computors! I'll miss her. Darlene and Jim Reinig"
