Born September 5, 1908 Simone Marthe Barthel in Maywood, IL daughter of Louise Flora Le Breton and Charles Alfred Barthel. She died in Stoughton on November 24, 2012. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willis Stanley Perkins, who died in 1961. Dear mother of Patricia Emily Kotilinek (the late Fred); the late Jeanne Anne Walter (the late Everett); Suzanne Louise Coffman (Richard); and William Charles Perkins (Joyce). Devoted grandmother of Bo, Carrie, David, Debbie, Gary, Hal, Josh, Lisa, Mark, Pam, Paul, Rebecca, Sandi, Sharon, and Steve. Great-grandmother of twenty-four and great-great-grandmother of three. Sister of the late Jeanne Stocks (nee Barthel); Georgette Samuels (nee Barthel); Charles Barthel; and Louise Watts (nee Barthel). The family wishes to express sincere appreciation to Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton for their compassionate care. Simone enjoyed reading mysteries, doing counted cross-stitch and word search puzzles, trips to Barnes & Noble and lunch at Copper Top. Services to be arranged.
