Born to Eternal life on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Age 60. Was a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School and University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He extended his studies in Munich Germany, where he received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. His veterinary skills and medical training were used in a wide variety of professions throughout his life. Some of these professions included: working for Heifer-Project International in Tanzania, Africa, UNICEF in the southern Sudan, and various US based Veterinary practices. Then relocating to the Milwaukee area, he served as an assistant Anesthesiologist at Froedert Hospital. That was followed by 15 years of service at the Milwaukee County Zoo. He served as a trustee and chairman of the Milwaukee County Employment Retirement Fund. Most currently, he was teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the Waukesha County Technical College.His accomplishments were many and his circle of friends even greater. He loved researching the family genealogy. His fluency in the German language bridged the gap between the continents and families he found.
