Kendall Lee Nevers

Kendall Lee Nevers, 3 months, of Burlington died Monday, January 2, 2012, at his home. Born September 15, 2011 in Iowa City, he was the son of Steven and Leanne Nevers. Survivors include his parents of Burlington; sister, Shelbi Nevers and twin brother, Caden Nevers both at home; two aunts, Susan Nevers of Burlington and Lieshia Block of Homestead; one uncle, Scott Nevers of Kansas City, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Sue Nevers of Burlington; maternal grandparents Lee and Linda Block of Homestead; maternal great grandparents, Sharon Gunderson of Richmond, Minnesota, Harvey and Jeannie Schwarting of Williamsburg and Marvin and Ida Block of Oxford; and paternal great grandmother, Leah Powalowski. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bradley Wayne Nevers; grandfather, Wayne Nevers and paternal great grandfather, Frank Powalowski. The private funeral service for Kendall Lee Nevers was held in Lunning Chapel. Pastor Kendall Adams officiated. A memorial has been established. [more]
