Oehlbaum, Frank Loving husband, father, and Hungarian Holocaust survivor, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning surrounded by loved ones: his wife Sharon, his children Vicky (Ron) and Michael (Mona), grandchildren Shenandoah and Cameron, stepchildren Harold and Carlos Moores, and families, and Eva Neuhausen and family.
