Hoslet, Lorraine Victoria (Nelson) Lorraine Victoria (Nelson) Hoslet, 98, Allouez, passed away on February 15, 2012 at a local assisted living facility. Lorraine was born on June 29, 1913 in Green Bay to Andrew and Hilma (Franquist) Nelson. On February 8, 1932 she married Amos Hoslet at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Howard and the couple enjoyed over 68 years together. Family and faith were the center of Lorraine's life. She was also an excellent cook, enjoyed the Packers, had a great sense of humor and was very generous. She was employed in several positions over the years, including Walker's Cleaners, Emmel's Bakery, Royal Bakery and Super Valu Bakery. She also worked as a volunteer at Bornemann Nursing Home. She will be sadly missed by her children, Karen Van Handel, Allouez, Tom (Judie) Hoslet, De Pere, Jerry (Margie) Hoslet, Green Bay, and Char (Bob) Meulemans, De Pere. 10 grandchildren, Julie (Marvin) Smith, Lori Van Handel (special friend Nancy), Joel (Lisa) Van Handel, Jim (Diane) Hoslet, Steve (April) Hoslet, Melanie Hoslet-Nollenberg, Jeff (Jami) Hoslet, Greg (Fiona) Hoslet, Eric (Dyan) Meulemans, and Teresa (Eric) Raether. 14 great grandchildren, Lisa, Mo...[more]

, Dylan, Jake, Gavin, Mariah, Nathaniel, William, Nicholas, Heidi, Hannah, Austin, Kaitlyn. and Devin. 6 great-great grandchildren, Lewis, Rodney, Ivy, Samuel, Autumn and Evangeline, as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband Amos, 1 sister Esther and 6 brothers, Charles, Arendt, Arthur, Alvin, Elder and Harry. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 2270 S. Oneida Street, Green Bay on Monday February 20, 2012 from 9:30-11:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at the church with the Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
