Mindy LeeAnn Hume WEST LIBERTY, Iowa--Mindy LeeAnn Hume, 39, died on Saturday, February 18, 2012, from injuries received following an automobile accident. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. A memorial fund has been established. Mindy was born on June 6, 1972, in Martinez, California. She was a graduate of Liberty High School in Byron, California. On February 20, 2007, she was united in marriage to John Hume in California. She had lived most of her life in California, before moving to West Liberty four years ago. She is survived by her husband, John Hume of West Liberty; and five children, Andrew, Donnie, Jessica, Ashley and Samantha. She was preceded in death by her parents. [more]
